If you wish to reserve a block of rooms for your guests at a discounted group rate, you may contact the sales department at 732-571-5742. Group bookings must guarantee a minimum of 10 rooms for at least 1 night.
All of the rooms provided for you will be held on a definite basis for you once the contract has been signed by both parties. Reservations will be accepted until the day before the event. At this time, any rooms not picked up will be released and the credit card on file will be charged.
Guests may make reservations by calling 800-411-6493, then pressing 2 for reservations and 3 for group reservations. Guests should reference the event to receive the discounted group rate. At this time, any special requests can be made. Reservation hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. Any guest calling out side these hours may leave a message and expect a call back the next business day.
Once the contract is fulfilled, additional guest rooms are offered based on availability. If you would like to contract additional rooms, please contact your Sales Manager.
Cancellation or Reduction of Rooms
Once a contract is signed, there is no cancellation or reduction of rooms. Contracted rooms that go unused will be charged to the credit card on file.
