This Promotion is subject to change or termination at any time. Room rates are subject to change at any time. To enjoy Promotion, guests must book and stay for at least 4 consecutive nights. All reservations are uncancellable and final. Total amount of booking is charged upon confirmation. Any modification to reservation by guests may result in a rate change. Ocean Place Resort & Spa shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind of arising out of or relating to Promotion.
Guarantee Policy:
All Reservations Require Credit Card Guarantee due at time of booking. Within 10 days of your arrival, your credit card will be charged for one night's room and tax.
Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable payment in full is required at the time of reservation and will be processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Stay dates cannot be changed of cancelled. In the event you do need to cancel, regardless of reason, the deposit will not be refunded. No Shows will be treated same as cancellation.
