*Terms and Conditions The Resort Experience Rate promotion (""Promotion"") is available at Ocean Place resort & Spa. This Promotion is based on the best available flexible rate at the time of booking. Room reservations are subject to availability. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other special rates, discounts, coupons, offers or special events/holiday offerings. This Promotion is subject to change or termination at any time. Room rates are subject to change at any time. To enjoy this Promotion, the guest must book and stay at the Resort Experience Rate. All reservations are subject to cancellation policy at the time of booking. Any modification to reservation by guests may result in a rate change and/or offer change. Ocean Place Resort & Spa shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind of arising out of or relating to Promotion.

All Reservations Require Credit Card Guarantee due at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
SUMMER (Mid-May through Mid-September):
Guarantee and Cancellation Policy: Within 10 days of your arrival, your credit card will be charged for one night's room and tax. If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 10 days prior to your arrival date, by 4:00 PM. In the event you cancel less than 10 days in advance, a cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of one night’s room and tax or 50% of entire stay, whichever is greater. No Shows will be treated the same as cancellation.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policy: Within 3 days of your arrival, your credit card will be charged for one night's room and tax.
