Tips to Prep You For Treatments at Our Luxury NJ Resorts Spa.

It will be our pleasure to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. Please inquire with our spa coordinators in regards to Gift Cards and Spa Packages. Please note all prices and services are subject to change without notice.

All gift cards and Spa Finders must be presented to the Spa receptionist at check in.

Should you wish to cancel or change an appointment we require a 24 hour notice or a 100 percent cancellation fee will be charged. No shows will also be charged the full treatment value. All online gift cards are only valid at the Spa. Gift cards cannot be used to secure your appointment online. All online appointments must be booked in the name of the person receiving the service.

WHEN SHOULD YOU ARRIVE?
To further enhance your experience we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow yourself ample time to experience all of our spa health & wellness facilities.


WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?
All massage, facial & body treatments include the use of our health and wellness facilities. We provide luxurious robes & slippers, but suggest you bring a bathing suit and fitness clothes if you wish to soak, swim or exercise.


WHAT SHOULD YOU WEAR DURING YOUR TREATMENT?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on.


SHOULD YOU SHAVE?
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to allocate at least two hours between shaving and your appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services.

Scheduling + Cancellation


WHAT IF YOU ARE LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time, so that the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.


WHAT IS THE SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
We encourage you to schedule your appointment prior to your arrival at the resort to obtain your preferred time. Walk- ins are welcome but not guaranteed. All appointments must be reserved with a credit card. Should you wish to cancel or change an appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice or a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows will also be charged the full treatment value. If you have a gender preference, please let the spa coordinator know when making your appointment. WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Guests of the hotel may charge spa services directly to their rooms. American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and cash are also accepted forms of payment. ARE


GRATUITIES INCLUDED?
For your convenience, a 21% service fee will be added to your final bill. Your technician will receive 18% gratuity and a 3% service charge is added.

WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
We carry an array of lines ranging from medical grade to organic. This includes IS Clinical, Glo Skin Beauty, Kneipp, and more.


HOTEL AMENITIES
During our summer season, Memorial Day- Labor Day, Spa party guests who are not guests of the hotel can be eligible to gain access to our outdoor pool and private beach. Spa party guests with any 50 minute or more Spa treatment can pay an additional $50 to purchase a combination outdoor pool and beach pass. Based on availability. Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Day passes must be purchased in advance. Beach towels obtained at outdoor locker room. Non-returned towels will be a fee of $35.00 per towel When your contract is submitted you will be charged for the outdoor pool or beach passes. Wristbands will be given the day of your party. State and local guidelines apply and must be followed for capacity at the outdoor pool and beach.

AGE POLICY


Children over the age of 16 are welcome to enjoy spa treatments with a signed waiver by a parent or guardian. The child must be with a therapist of the same gender. Children ages 12-16 are welcome to enjoy treatments in the Salon accompanied by an adult. To protect the tranquil nature of the spa and its environment, children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the spa facilities including Spa Lounge and locker room.
